Verse 1: I can feel the gentle breeze, calmly blowing through the pines I can hear the meadow birds sing, as the sun begins to rise I can see the misty fog, reaching upwards to the sky The most picture perfect scene with you there standing right by my side Chorus: But surely this must all be, just another cruel cruel dream Memories of some past life, and a love that use to be A time when we fulfilled, our every aching need Back when I still loved you, and you stilled loved me too Verse 2: I can still feel your course brown hair, gently brushin’ cross my face And the safety felt while in your arms, during each warm embrace I can still taste the saltiness, of your tanned rugged skin And the longing for just one last kiss, placed gently upon my lips Chorus: But surely this must all be, just another cruel cruel dream Memories of some past life, and a love that use to be A time when we fulfilled, our every aching need Back when I still loved you, and you stilled loved me too Back when I still loved you, and you stilled loved me too © Dan P. Verse 1 Sittin' here listenin' to the waves crash against the shore. Watchin' the daylight fade away into horizons floor I let my mind slowly drift me back to a love that is no more And why I didn't fight to keep you from walking out my door. Refrain It's been a thousand sunsets later, I still can't get over you. And believing you're out of my life still really can't be true. Even a thousand hangovers later can't erase these memories from my mind. Guess I'll sit here and enjoy myself another lonely sunset night Verse 2 Listening to the music being played by our favorite beach band. Memories come flooding back to a time when I was still your man. And sitting watching other lovers walking hand and hand. Step-by-step in perfect rhythm leaving only their footprints in the sand Refrain It's been a thousand sunsets later, I still can't get over you. And believing you're out of my life still really can't be true. Even a thousand hangovers later can't erase these memories from my mind. Guess I'll sit here and enjoy myself another lonely sunset night Bridge Even a thousand hangovers later can't erase these memories from my mind. Guess I'll just sit here and enjoy myself another lonely sunset night Outro: So just hand me another bottle to numb my sorrows til tomorrow While I sit here and enjoy myself another lonely sunset night. © Dan P. Verse 1 She was not your typical girl, she had flaming locks of auburn hair. And her bright green eyes would twinkle in the soft moonlight. She loved to dance around by the fire side, brighten the night like the fire flies. Til the sun starts to peak and dim the star lit skies, a free spirit with no ties to hold her down. Verse 2 And he was just this average guy, looking for love like any other boy Mesmerized by the beauty that she held deep inside. And as he lay there on the cool damp ground, watching her dance til the night turned to dawn. He recognized those feeling stirring deep inside. A young love just blossomed right in front of their eyes Chorus An untypical girl with an average guy, making their way through this game called life. Uncertain where this young love could lead. Walking hand and hand through this old world, supporting each other at every turn. This average guy would finally win the heart of this untypical girl. Verse 3 She's definitely not your typical girl, in love with one of your average guys. Two young lovers set out to conquer the world. And they would never leave each other sides, loving each other for the rest of their lives. A true love between your average guy, And one untypical girl. Chorus An untypical girl with an average guy, making their way through this game called life. Uncertain where this young love could lead. Walking hand and hand through this old world, supporting each other at every turn. This average guy would finally win the heart, of this untypical girl. Chorus An untypical girl with an average guy, making their way through this game called life. Now certain where this young love could lead. They walked hand and hand through this old world, supporting each other at every turn. This average guy had truly won the heart, of this untypical girl. Outro She was not your typical girl © Dan P. Verse 1 This world can be such a lonely place, when you’re searching for that special someone. And life can be one big heartache, until someone like you comes along. Chorus What a surprise, when I looked into your eyes, and saw the love that you had to share. I felt so alive, when I finally realized, I found someone who really cared. When I looked into your eyes. Verse 2: Do you know how you brightened up my world, when you welcomed me into your life. You opened my heart, taught me how to love, and showed me how to live again. Chorus: What a surprise, when I looked into your eyes, and saw the love that you had to share. I felt so alive, when I finally realized, I found someone who really cared. When I looked into your eyes Bridge: Everybody wants to find that special someone. Nobody wants to be alone in this world. Finding you has been a blessing from above. Knowing that I will never be lonely again. (lonely again) Chorus: What a surprise, when I looked into your eyes, and saw the love that you had to share. I felt so alive, when I finally realized, I found someone who really cared. When I looked into your eyes Ending: Finding you has been a blessing from above. Knowing that I will never be lonely again. Verse 1 I can hardly believe that this day has come. The day that you took the hand of my only son. Joining your two hearts to beat together as one. I have always prayed that someday, this time would come. Verse 2 I could've never imagined that you'd be the one. To steal the heart of the son that I so dearly love. I should be jealous but I know that from this day on. That I've gained a daughter that I can call my own. Chorus You're the daughter that I always hoped would come along. Truly beautiful on the inside as you appear on the out. Ever patient and forgiving so much kindness in your heart. I'll thank the Lord everyday for, the daughter. I can call my own. Bridge As we dance here together this I want you to know, That I'll share the heart of the man that you love so. And united together, forever we'll always be. For today I gained a daughter to complete my family Chorus You're the daughter that I always hoped would come along. Truly beautiful on the inside as you appear on the out. Ever patient and forgiving so much kindness in your heart. I'll thank the Lord everyday for, the daughter I can call my own. Outro And united together, forever we'll always be. That Chill 04:08
Verse 1: I walked into that honky-tonk and saw her sitting there In her tight blue jeans and denim shirt and dirty bleached blond hair Then I saw you sitting there on that bar stool next to her It was at that moment that I knew, all we had was through Chorus: You sent a chill running up and down my spine When I saw you with her in that bar for the first time But now that chill running up and down my spine Just stumbled across all your cheating lies Verse 2: Did you forget about the times it was just you and me The quiet walks, and all those talks embracing lovingly So all these times when I thought that everything was fine You were loving me so many nights with cheatin’ on your mind Verse 3: What about those memories you’ve planted in my mind Can’t sleep at night, when things aren’t right how could I be so blind Do you understand that what you did has broke my heart in two I can’t believe that what we had meant nothing more to you Chorus: You sent a chill running up and down my spine When I saw you with her in that bar for the first time But now that chill running up and down my spine Just stumbled across all your cheating lies Chorus: You sent a chill running up and down my spine When I saw you with her in that bar for the first time But now that chill running up and down my spine Just stumbled across all your cheating lies Ending: But now that chill running up and down my spine Just stumbled across all your cheating lies © Dan P. Verse 1 In a tiny Mexican border town, a pretty senorita can be found, Crossing the border to meet with her true love. They met when they were both too young, to realize it be forbidden, to allow that Mexican girl to become his bride. Chorus: But their love burned hotter than the desert that separated their two hearts, But she made the journey in the hot blazing summer sun. And when they’d meet in that quiet place passions flowed from their bodies. Like the sweat and tears seen streaming down her face. Verse 2: They both planned to meet one final time, run away together start a brand new life, settle down somewhere as man and wife. He waited for her for oh so long, but young senorita could not be found. He thought what could have possibly gone wrong. Verse 3: So off he went in search of her, alone he walked thru the vast desert. What he stumbled upon his eyes could not believe. For laying there in the desert sand, Senorita with a baby in her hands, and a smile adorned her sweat and tear stained face. Chorus: But their love burned hotter than the desert that separated their two hearts, But she made the journey in the hot blazing summer sun. And when they’d meet in that quiet place passions flowed from their bodies, like the sweat and tears seen streaming down her face. And when they’d meet in that quiet place passions flowed from their bodies, like the sweat and tears seen streaming down her face. Tag And still to this day the locals say, seen crossing the border in the heat of the day, Senorita with sweat and tears streaming down her face. A ghostly image of a woman,… with a baby in her arms. Chorus: It's so hard, to read the mind of a woman. Sometimes too hard, to see those signs that she's giving When it comes to love, let your heart be the vision, to seek and find, All those clues that are hidden. Then it won't be hard. Verse: 1 In life there are two kinds of women, though both are cool they must be handled differently. One may be too good, to give you all that she can. While the other so bad, but makes you feel like a man. It can be so hard Chorus: It's so hard, to read the mind of a woman. Sometimes too hard, to see those signs that she's giving When it comes to love, let your heart be the vision, to seek and find, All those clues that are hidden. Then it won't be hard. 1st Bridge: When she's a little too good to be really to bad, and you're dreaming of the good times that could be had. Just be patient with her, so she will know, you'll take it slow. But if she's a little too bad to be really too good, and gives that flirty look that can't be misunderstood. Squeeze her tight in your arms, so she will know, your're raring to go. Chorus: It's so hard, to read the mind of a woman. Sometimes too hard, to see those signs that she's giving When it comes to love, let your heart be the vision, to seek and find, All those clues that are hidden. Then it won't be hard. 2ND Bridge: We all want to find that someone to love. We all want to be that one who is loved. Chorus: It's so hard, to read the mind of a woman. Sometimes too hard, to see those signs that she's giving When it comes to love, let your heart be the vision, to seek and find, All those clues that are hidden. Then it won't be hard. Bling 02:50
Verse 1 I took your ring, you had me caught. I stole your heart, that’s what I thought. Until the signs of another women crept into my mind. Now this ring, don’t mean a thing. Its just another, piece of fancy bling That I am sure that your other woman would gladly wear. Chorus So go ahead and chase the other woman. Go ahead just try to be her man. Go ahead and try give her this wedding band. For what once, a wedding ring. Is nothin’ more than some cheap bling. Just like your sorry ass words, you're not worth its weight in gold Verse 2 Spent fifteen years, of my life, as just another stay home wife Raisin’ five kids while you slept ‘round this dirty ole town But tonight, this all will end, there’ll be no sorry's, and no amends For this stay home ex-wife is ‘bout to find me another man. Chorus So go ahead and chase the other woman. Go ahead just try to be her man. Go ahead and try give her this wedding band. For what once, a wedding ring. Is nothin’ more than some cheap bling. The Light 03:22
Verse 1 Driving home from work one day I was feeling all alone Thought about a girl I met and wondered if she’d be home I reached for my little black book then picked up my cell phone Dialed her up and gave it a ring, and this is what she said Chorus: When you’re driving past my house, green light means keep going If you’re knocking on my door, yellow means take it slow But if you find yourself in the neighborhood and see the red light on Come on in. Let’s tie one on, and baby we’ll give it a whirl Verse 2 Holding her tight in my arms was all I ever needed Oh how she made me feel like she needed the same thing too I thought about asking her if this could last forever But just right then her phone would ring, and this is what she said Chorus: When you’re driving past my house, green light means keep going If you’re knocking on my door, yellow means take it slow But if you find yourself in the neighborhood and see the red light on Come on in. Let’s tie one on, and baby we’ll give it a whirl Verse 3 When she hung up that telephone I knew my time was through I grabbed my things, squared up with her and walked out her bedroom She reached out to give me a kiss then showed me to the door Driving away I caught a glance and the green light turned red Chorus: When you’re driving past my house, green light means keep going If you’re knocking on my door, yellow means take it slow But if you find yourself in the neighborhood and see the red light on Come on in. Let’s tie one on, and baby we’ll give it a whirl Tag: Come on in. Let’s tie one on, and baby we’ll give it a whirl Come on over to my house. Come on over to my house. Verse 1: How can I live on memories that are so vivid in my mind. Those scenes that keep on haunting me, each day since you’ve been gone. I need to find a way to move on, and break from these memories. To move on from a past that keeps holding me captive in all my dreams. Verse 2: They say that time heals everything like sorrow, pain or grief. But all these tears cannot dilute the pain I feel for you. I cannot wrap my head around the thought that you are gone. A pain that’s just too hard to accept, leaving me here all alone. Chorus: If I could see you again, standing here beside me. If I could hear you again, whisper that you love me. If I could feel you again, with your arms wrapped around me. My heart wouldn’t feel so empty, if I could see you again. Bridge: My world is not the same anymore without you by my side. My aching heart is dying now without you in my life. Your pictures alone are not enough to drive these teardrops from my eyes. My World won’t be the same anymore without you standing by my side. Chorus: If I could see you again, standing here beside me. If I could hear you again, whisper that you love me. If I could feel you again, with your arms wrapped around me. My heart wouldn’t feel so empty, if I could see you again. Outro My World just ain’t the same anymore, wish I could see you again. Dan P. Krolow © 8/22/2017

about

Lonely Sunset Night is an album that takes a different direction from their previous two gospel releases. This new release finds Julie and Dan creating a country album with songs all originally written by Dan (BMI artist). "Just like gospel music, we have always loved the stories that are found in the lyrics of country music." Julie and Dan continue this storytelling in their original music that they have written for this project. "There are some very personal songs along with several fun songs that we have written over the last few decades." Although their first love is creating music for the Lord, Julie and Dan wanted to stretch themselves in another direction and this project did just that. "We hope that people love Lonely Sunset Night. It is a project that we have been working on for the past two years." "We hope you all love this CD. We sure enjoyed making it and collaborating with artists from literally all over the world."
Thanks for your continued support,
Julie and Dan
